While it is exciting to see Christmas coming alive, it is a little daunting. It means university is nearly over for the year (which means EXAMS!). It also means it’s time for Christmas present shopping, which I totally suck at. I’m definitely a Type 3 Christmas Present Shopper, although sometimes, if I’m on the ball, I can be a Type 2. But not usually.
No seriously, busy busy and actually enjoying some time away from the computer. Today it has started to get cold and rainy in a big way, so I’ve just started to go through photos and notes over the past month, so I think I’ll finally have something worth saying again.

This week I have a few projects to share that use one of my favourite stamps sets from Banana Frog - Flowery Thoughts. I really love the versatility of this set and especially its simplicity. You can create some great graphic looks and patterns with the blank circle stamp and then go for a bit of bling with the starburst design! The combinations are endless and you are only really limited by your imagination and possibly the size of your ink pad stock pile! ;o)

Look how not happy I am in Exhibit A. (And whether or not you think I look much different isn't as critical as the fact that today, I look less like someone inflated my head with a bicycle tire pump). But in that first picture, I think I realized I had a choice to go one way or another, and I wasn't happy about it, because it was going to mean making changes. And I really don't like change when it means I can't eat everything in sight. Or at least smoke it.
